<P>Hytek is one of the largest sub-contract NC programming resource in the UK and a major player in CNC programming worldwide.</P>
<P>CNC and NC programming offers a full range of services including, re-engineering of existing part programmes, rationalisation of methods, optimisation of machining cycles, implementation of high-speed machining techniques, using the latest in cutter technology, to produce high quality nested components, high finish tools and fixtures in a variety of materials, all with state-of-the-art verification techniques. All the main controllers and post-processors are catered for with programming capability from 2 to unlimited axis. Hytek intend to remain at the forefront of CNC programming by constantly investing in improvements in NC programming technology and passing these benefits on to the customer.</P>
<P>Hytek have a large core team of multi-disciplined engineers, including those with CNC programming and NC programming experience, most having 10,000 hrs + CAD / CAM / CAE experience. Many were trained by Hytek, whilst others have come to us with experience of the broader engineering spectrum. As and when required, the team is added to from our comprehensive agency database.</P>
